If your not sure about this kind of this, consider trying it once. You might be surprised. If you want to continue experiencing results, do this weekly until you have regained your health and then once a month to keep your balance. 
First, read over the directions below so you can properly prepare.
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Begin by giving  GRATITUDE for the miracle of your body and your life. For you are unique! There has never been and will never be another person exactly like you.
  2. Speak these words out loud. ” To the Creator of All Things (you may say God or whatever name you use). Thank you for my JOY. (breathe.) Thank you for my TRUST.  (breathe.) Thank you for my LIFE. (breathe.)” Repeat it at least three times until you can feel the power of the words.
  3. START your music
  4. If you are able to maintain your balance, CLOSE YOUR EYES.
  5. Begin MOVING by stretching tall to the sky and then squatting to the ground…. over and over again, until your body BLENDs with the music. 
  6. Then begin MOVING with the beat. Always keep your body close to the floor.  Don’t think – just move!!!  Do whatever movement your body chooses.
  7. STOMP!  – SQUAT!  – ROLL around on the floor!  – BEAT ON YOUR CHEST (like a giant gorilla) – Stand up and YELL !!! Make it a warrior’s cry of power coming from deep in the body and releasing without any restraints.
  8. Continue dancing, stomping and yelling – releasing the animal within. If you get tired, lay on the floor, but, keep listening to the beat blending deep within the core of your body.
  9. When the ‘calming cool-down song’ starts,  find the melody in the song and allow your body to flow with it…. gently and softly.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Take time to find drumming music  (NO WORDS OR ADS) and build a playlist with at least 20 minutes of music. Choose something with a powerful beat… something primal and rhythmic. Native American and African Drumming are probably easiest to find on a streaming music service. (YouTube allows you to build playlist for free – just make sure there are no ads on the songs you choose.)

At the end of your playlist – add a ‘calming cool-down song’ (to  relax your body, mind and spirit)

Next, arrange for a safe environment with plenty of space to move during your dance.
Lastly, write out the phrase in Step 2 and post it at eye level so it is easy to see.

Whatever you do…. Keep Moving

Body fat will decrease testosterone and muscle mass will help increase it.  Make sure you are working out, walking, biking or swimming. Don’t sit for hours at a time… get up and walk, dance, stretch and play. If you are overweight, DO NOT JOG! It can be extremely damaging to your knees and ankles.
